  2. Once approved, the merchant can debit your account automatically based on the agreed payment schedule.
  3. Notifications will be sent to keep you informed of each debit.

Yes. The setup and authorisation are done directly through your bank’s secure internet banking. No payment can be made without your approval.

Most major banks in Malaysia support e-Mandate via FPX. The list of participating banks will be displayed during the setup process.

No. You only log in once during the initial setup. After that, payments will be debited automatically according to your authorisation.

Yes. Contact Pine Payment to configure the start date and end date of your e-Mandate according to your agreement with them.

If there are insufficient funds in your account, the payment will fail. You may need to ensure sufficient balance so that the merchant can reattempt the debit.

If the first attempt fails, there is a 3-minute cooling period before you can retry. Please wait and try again after this period. Note: If multiple retries are made before the cooling period ends, the system will extend the waiting time before you can attempt again.

Yes. To cancel your e-Mandate, please contact Pine Payment directly, and they will assist in stopping the mandate.

The debit will take place on the date agreed between you and the merchant.

You will receive a notification (via email or SMS) either after the debit attempt successful.

To change your account or bank, you will need to:

  1. Contact Pine Payment to request cancellation of the existing e-Mandate.
  2. Set up a new e-Mandate with your updated account details.

The debit transaction appears under RinggitPay Sdn Bhd on your bank statement because RinggitPay is the payment processor and acquirer handling the transaction on behalf of Pine Payment.
Pine Payment is the service provider you are subscribed to, while RinggitPay provides the secure payment infrastructure that enables direct debit from your account.
Please be assured that:

  1. Your authorization and mandate remain valid with Pine Payment.
  2. The debit is correctly linked to your Pine Payment subscription or service.
  3. There is no double charging — the transaction is processed through RinggitPay but credited to Pine Payment as the service provider.
